How does the market work?

Find a product or item you wish to purchase and take it to the kiosk.

Scan product or item. Place item on deactivator pad.

Choose method of payment - cash or credit card.

How to create an account at the kiosk?

On the kiosk, select Blue “New Account” button on upper left side of the screen.

Enter your First and Last Name.

Enter your Email Address.

Create a Quick Pin* and password.

You are all set!
*Quick pin allows you to log into your account without using your email address. You can also add your fingerprint for quick access to sign into your account.

Should I create an account?

Generally speaking, we only recommend creating an account if you regularly visit the mall and intend to use the market frequently.
I was logged into my account and paid with cash but didn't receive the cash balance after my purchase.

If you are logged into your account, the remaining cash balance of your purchase will be added to your account as future cash funds to be used. If you want to receive cash back, do not log into your account.
If I created an account, do I have to use it for every purchase?

No. If you want to track your purchase or use cash that is saved on your account, then you will need to log into your account. To receive future reward benefits, you will need to log into your account before making the purchase. More details to come regarding rewards benefits.
